MMmmm-mmMMM!

Lip smacky goodness! Alton is now my personal bestest bud, and wow is his book both amusing (in every wonderful way that the show is) and amazingly informative. Definitely a strong suggestion for anyone who has any desire to increase their culinary prowess.

Alton Brown is gh0d. I record his television shows and try to emulate him any way I can.

There are a few things to fix in the second printing (notably some stuff in some of the footnotes; there's a difference between a calorie and a Calorie) but it's a good enough book.

And anyway, yeah, AB, I'd do him.

Back when I worked at the bookstore in Mountain View, this book here sold like hotcakes.

We even had autographed copies! If I had known, I would have set one aside... alas.
