Food Network, and the ueber-host Alton Brown are truly to be the downfall of me.

Tonight, because I tried and got poor results over Easter in MI, I opted to try again at making home made Alfredo sauce. Grilled up some chicken, cooked up some basic spaghetti, and whipped up the alfredo sauce. Add pasta, place chicken on bed of pasta gracefully, mix in boiled veg-med to the white sauce (to add a little bit of health to the dish), and cover the chicken and pasta. Add left over grated parm-romano cheese blend to top, and serve. While enjoying, feel your ankles swell from all the fat in the sauce, then pass out into oblivion from delicious food overload.

We need to meet up in San Fran, and partake it the good food to be had in that area. I always eat like a pig when I'm there. :)

*laughs* Tragically I live up in Vancouver WA nowadays.

However, should the time arise when I can get back down there, I'm afraid there's only one place to eat: The Stinking Rose. Best food anywhere. ;)

Hey there. Yeah, I added you when I saw your intro post to the Girl Maker group here. And from your own lists of interests and friends there are definitely some things we share, though it seems likely from the opposite sides of the attraction. ;)
