Tonight, because I tried and got poor results over Easter in MI, I opted to try again at making home made Alfredo sauce. Grilled up some chicken, cooked up some basic spaghetti, and whipped up the alfredo sauce. Add pasta, place chicken on bed of pasta gracefully, mix in boiled veg-med to the white sauce (to add a little bit of health to the dish), and cover the chicken and pasta. Add left over grated parm-romano cheese blend to top, and serve. While enjoying, feel your ankles swell from all the fat in the sauce, then pass out into oblivion from delicious food overload.
