Normally I tout my purchases for a while, and then leave it be, because the tech is older and no longer nearly as flashy or l33t as the newer stuff. But, this warrants some revitalized chatting, as today I did something with my camera that floored me.
Last summer-ish, I picked up the Minolta Dimage 7. Today I took some rather distant pics with it (70-120 yards) and the pictures with the digital zoom were just about as clear as if I were 20 yards away and on a normal scale. I won't go into what the pics were of here, as certain readers would definitely have a problem with it, but suffice to say that I'll post them to those who wish, and they are just heavenly.
