Yes, Qwest fucked around with me for nearly 3 weeks before finally saying that they weren't going to be offering me DSL.
Yes, my server is out of commission as a result.
Yes, I've contacted Comcast, and as of this afternoon, I've been able to get the modem installed.
Yes, I haven't quite got it fully working and configured yet.
Yes, I'll be catching up on everything that's outstanding as soon as I get the final bits and bobs taken care of.
Yes, my server will be up then as well, and I can and will receive email normally again, as well as respond to them.
