The Outer Limits, Season 1: Tourist Attraction - Loads of fishmen critters that sort of took cues from Creature films. Somewhat tasty if bulky and silly looking.

A process throttling program that will limit CPU use downward by percent of current. Not exactly super-mega awesome, but it looks like it'll do the job.
