American Horror Story
2011-Oct-06, Thursday 06:45 pmWhoa. I was AMAZED by it. And no, not 'just' because they had a guy running around in head-to-toe rubber who looked amazingly tasty in such outfit. Just because that's how my long-term partner will be dressed around the house nearly all the time wasn't the only reason for the delight.
No, it was a creepy fucking show! They declared it to be TV-MA, and WOW did they mean it. Loads of profanity, and some kill scenes that were ... surprisingly detailed and graphic. Very adult themes in this show; it may not be for everyone but it's incredibly surprising what a little late night cable can produce. Definitely going to have a long-term place on the DVR for the foreseeable future.
