Competency testing required!

I hate to say it, but working in thick of the worst of the worst of humanity like this really reminds me that, as with driving, there really ought to be a basic test that one must pass periodically to prove that they're not a total, rampaging incompetent idiot.  Sure, it's great comedy fodder, but Christ....  How many times can one fucktard ask if a dictionary found in the Kids section, with 'Kids dictionary' in the title is for kids?????
