It's where you can actually upload files, ringers and more to a generalized site, and then download it to your PCSVision phone. This is exactly what I've been wanting/waiting for for a while now.
There are details on how to convert MIDI, .wav and other file formats to something that can be placed on your phone, as well as size restrictions for backgrounds. Very kewl. Even more kewl, though, is the MIDI search engines. And for those of us, liketealfox, who enjoy Queensryche stuff, here ya go. Queensryche MIDI files
