An amusing little romp, with Julian Sands (of Warlock fame) being yet another dick.  This time a pseudo-furry variety.  Nothing too detailed or intricate plot-wise, and the effects are ... ok at best.  No huge Crinos sorts of x-forms so that was a bit of a disappointment.  However, there were some fun twists to it, and the time placement for the movie was actually quite amusing.  Overall, not a bad creature feature, but definitely only worth a rental.  And it's definitely not for those among us that are excessively squeamish about cruelty to animals, even when it's only implied by clever visual placement.
