I really, really like these books. I just finished book 5, Death Masks, and every one so far has kept me turning pages til the book is over, with no desire to put it down.

I plow through them quickly, natch, but they're just such fun! Like brain-candy.

Yep! They're just wonderful. And I particularly like the escalations he has to endure. So far, the latest is just like all the rest: entertaining, snide and clever, and definitely a page-turner. For no other reason than his style is just so addictive.
