Thank ghods the Neocons have been in charge long enough that all support opportunities for things like insurance and such have gone overseas. After all, explaining that I have page X in front of me, I read the title to my 'support' rep, and explain what's at the bottom 5 times, and say that I don't understand what it is I'd be cancelling if I signed this form 3 times, and having him repeat back to me exactly what I didn't say .... is just such a HUGE benefit to me for my insurance dollar. Yes. Thank you India for taking all those jobs away since we couldn't possibly benefit from having a few dozen Americans manning the phones, getting clear and concise English and being able to actually explain problems so we can get results. Nah. Who needs that type of service nowadays. It's all about profits, not customer support.
