......... Wow.
Another anti-Union bill sails through. Only this time, it's even more clear how utterly fucked up the Retardicans are in legislation. They KNOW their time is amazingly limited now. Their frantic social-issue politics prove that they recognize they're likely on the short road into the unemployment lines, unless they manage to do away with those too by simply removing all unemployment insurance altogether first.

The Last Word covered this as well, but I wanted a second review of it for those that like to say 'Yeah, but that's just MSNBC claiming something. Prove it elsewhere!!!!' And they'll likely just fall back on HuffPo being another Liberal sham of a news outlet. So here's the story on CNN.

Regardless.
The State Senate actually removed two Republicans for dissenting against the bill. The ones they removed, though, were on two key committees that needed to pass the bill before it could be voted on. So, in a TRULY unprecedented move, they just flat-out replaced those two people, hurried the bill through the committees and jammed it through, just to pass by the one-vote-margin needed to win, i.e. a simple majority vote. Yes, I'm not saying that democracy doesn't exist in just such a fashion, but trying to claim a clear mandate or any other horseshit like that from a 1 vote victory is definitely not going to fly.
