ssurgulWell, today I received a call back from the Century 21 Timeshare sales folk, after having asked for a call back on Friday. Wow. Actual, real customer service. Who'd have thunk it?
He covered a whole lot of information with me, a lot was obvious and known, but better to be safe than sorry. He has it listed for a specific dollar value now, which doesn't include closing costs, which are essentially paid by the buyer, but since I have to reduce my asking price by that amount, it could also be said that I'm covering it. Regardless.
It's not an immediate sale sort of deal, but you know what? I'm good with that. As long as this pile of shit is out of my paws within a month or two, I'll be fucking thrilled.
