Note to self: Ginger should be used as a flavoring agent ONLY. Any more than a small bit will overpower the juice flavors, and easily cause that unpleasant burning sensation in both mouth and stomach.
Yeah, it's a pretty powerful smell/taste, but can also help alleviate nausea…when one is feeling sick from something other than having too much ginger ;-)

I'll just use half the size I did use, and that should be enough. Especially if I do the usual double or triple batch (to make it easier to 'justify' the clean up of the device and work area). That should definitely dilute the flavor enough to just be a perk, rather than a near-death-sentence. ;)
