MMMmmm, sharpness

Well, while making the turkey dinner stuffs (turkey, stuffing, potatoes and garlic cloves for in the bag with the turkey to be turned into a wonderful mashed mix at the end, various veggies, and cranberry sauce) I finally christened my incredibly sharp Miracle Blades, most notably the Rock 'n Chop butcher knife. Managed to take a piece of my thumb and thumbnail off without even batting an eye. It's funny. For $30, these are by far the best knives I've owned, bar none. And they're guaranteed for life to be as sharp as this. Dangerous, but DAMN do they make food prep a breeze.
