Definitely a very good, albeit brief insight into Bushido and the life of the people they were trying to portray.
Some rather predictable dialog, and very poor blue screen effects.
Some truly breathtaking special effects and acting on the parts of the Asian actors.
All in all, definitely the best movie I've seen this year. Given the date that says nothing, but for the past 365 days, I'd still have to rate it in the top 5. Definitely a highly recommended feature assuming you have almost 3 hours to use up seeing it.
FAR better than Dances With Wolves, though it essentially tells the same story.
