BJ didn't seem to shed nearly so much earlier, when I got him. It was raining a good deal a few months ago. And I had to towel him down to make sure he didn't mangle the carpet with water and dirt. And so that would naturally clear off his coat from any random stuff that happened to be there. Duh. I remember good now. :)
