I hate MS products.  I really do.

But unfortunately, this new IE 7 takes away enough of the reasons to use Firefox that I'm seriously considering going back to it, for a smaller, smoother browser.

I wouldn't normally consider it. But Firefox just drinks up system resources like a 2 mile sponge. It does get unstable, and it still kinda feels like a beta version to me. And with IE 7 now handling tabbed browsing, and offering pretty much the same features, it means that I won't have to run IE to view certain websites, and can do all my 'usual' stuff.

I feel so dirty and filthy for even considering it, but .... dammit, they made it hard to say no again.

Try Mozilla instead of Firefox. It isnt as heavy. Truth be told I have not had any issues with runing Firefox and my system resources being sucked dry.

Yeah, I'm assuming it's mostly to do with my system, or my methods of browsing, frankly, since I haven't seen any huge issues with others on those sorts of issues. But, we'll see. Right now it's still in the consideration phase, far from the implementation phase.
