ssurgulLeave it to him to turn me on to roasts. And leave it to Winco to put a brisket on sale. And leave it to Fate to make me want to make it tonight. With yummy tomato juice, w sauce, black olives in their juice, sauteed onion and garlic with a TON of butter as the base. My, what a mess it can make as the meat gets more and more fall-apart-y and you have to keep flipping it to make sure one side doesn't dry out.
Ah well. I'm betting the final product will be well worth the hassles of having to wipe up the splashy messes.
