More annoying that actually scary. Figured out the 'secret' about the player's character less than 1/3 of the way into it. The big fun was discovering who the little girl 'really' was -- that was actually something I'd definitely have done in the midst of a Werewolf or other RP game it was sooooo fucked up. The phantoms that were sacrificial lambs there near the end.... Wow were they just irritating. But overall I'd say it's a very pretty and very detailed FPS, and give it a 3.5-4 out of 5 overall. For the weaker of constitution, it'll probably be a good deal scarier.
