Double wow, for different reasons.

ssurgulWow 1 - The show Surface. Surprisingly, despite the fact that there were a good many wetsuited cuties in this, and that the ... main plot point was sleek and amphibious and rather cute, this was an amazingly well constructed show, I thought. More to it, much like Heroes, than just the eye candy of various things. Indeed, this show echoes a LOT of Heroes elements or vice-versa, I"m not sure which. I found a lot of the strife and conflict to be quite compelling, as well as reminiscent (and for those other Heroes fans, well, a lot of the characters were hacked off the same caricature block but it's forgivable in most places).
Wow 2 - Semi-Pro. Just hilarious and silly. I've not seen the previous two Farrell movies yet, so I can't compare against them, but this one was just knock-down, drag-out comedy. And grabbing so many actors from past Daily Show .... Well, that was just icing on the cake. Definitely a 4.5 out of 5.
