Gluten-free tortillas
2008-Jun-30, Monday 04:53 pmHrm. Well, the preliminary experiment went alright. Doing it with the replacement AP flour from Bob's Red Mill, and subbing in butter for the vegetable oil, and milk for the water.
Not great. But they weren't bad either. A little doughy/chewy. I definitely need to get a tortilla press though if I'm going to keep going with this experimentation.
