I'm all for a massive reset button. Anyone that knows me for any length of time knows this. Society as we have today is corrupted and befouled, and will only grow more rotten as time goes by. The time for cleaning out the garden to keep it lively is past. I wholly believe that.

Conservatives need to be pushed around, beaten, assaulted and robbed of their taxes until they realize the folly of obeying the laws placed on them by their cowardice and by the criminal ruling class we've put in office.

Conservatives see with their own eyes how laws can be changed and it's no longer through the democratic process. That is obsolete. Brute force and power are the ways to bend the law. See how illegals, gays and other subersive elements in our country today defeat our government and all its mighty armies of enforcers. America always shows its impotence in the face of a determined opponent.

Have we learned nothing from the Viet Cong, Al Queda, Latin America, and our domestic enemies - freeloading welfare recipients and the growing population of criminals - the groups that now our own GOP bows and scrapes to? And all the while hardworking, law abidding, tax paying loyal Americans bend over with signs on their backsides that say, "Insert Here".

The guns stores are empty now. The people know. They sense what must ultimately come. When the collapse finally come, and it must, and when our government more aggressively extorts our wealth to give to the undeserving, then perhaps a second revolution will come.

We cannot continue to walk around with blissful smiles on our faces expressing our love for our fellow man when he oppresses us with guilt and illegal laws.

I truly can't believe someone would be advocating revolution and reset while having done just exactly what his last line said is 'wrong'. And yet again the hypocrisy of the Xians comes to the fore, in ugly, ugly ways. The reset can't happen soon enough, since we could then market it in the aftermath as 'Judgement Day', and get those 'Left Behind' to finally STFU and recognize their precious religion for what it is: a guideline and guidebook of moral living, not a template for making a shining new society.

What ever just happened to people feeling a smug self-superiority? Really I can handle conservatives just turn there nose up at me and who I am. The just need to realize that less government and less taxes means more freedom for people to live "immoral lives"

Many times I have to stop reading this sort of bullshit because I get dizzy from the rage cutting off bloodflow to my brain. And no, I'm not being a smart-ass. When logic no longer works, in any meaningful way, with someone like this, there are very few options left. And since he advocates it himself, to the deteriment of any semblance of reality.....

Apparently the Christian fundamentalists were never interested in democracy, a republic, or any other form of government. Their intent has always been clear: force their religion on the world through any means possible.

The only form of government they have or are currently interested, from everything I've seen and read and heard over the last 20 years, is a Totalitarian Theocracy. That alone would make them happy. Then they could make their 'Decency Squads' and kick down the doors of the unworthy (morally corrupt, socially ambiguous, homosexual, bisexual, 'icky', or just plain 'wrong') and bash some heads with batons and bats.

It still makes me shudder to think how eeriely accurate V for Vendetta was when written, and is even today.

I wrote a mock news program for film class once about a hypothetical "faith patrol" raiding on some role playing game smugglers ;)

If anything, the religious reich is in full rearguard mode: they see the tide turning and are lashing out in a desperate attempt to regain their former power.
