Epic FAIL!

Otherwise, it's just as likely that your precious carrot cake (totally gluten-free and delcious!) will end up scorched on the top and still liquidy in the middle. Can't quite see spreading the heavenly frosting on that.....
Ah well. Off to the store to get some more carrots, walnuts, raisins and pineapple in a can.
