It lost nothing AT ALL in the second viewing. It just gained a few more delights, from being to watch 'for' some things throughout with the knowledge of where things were going. It's one of my favorite comedy/feel-good/romantic flicks of the year, and I still can't recommend everyone see it strongly enough. :)
