Chef school!

Well, the papers are signed. As of Oct 3, 2003, I'll be in the Culinary Institute, and ~$36K in debt.

Fortunately, I can change my mind any time up to then, and not owe a dime, so it gives me time to talk to unemployment, and mostly beg and plead for dollars to support me while in school until I can land an internship somewhere.

Truly excellent food.... Here I come!

That's very cool...I've thought about doing the same thing myself sometimes but the cost has always seemed prohibitive, especially considering it would be difficult to work at the same time.
