"...The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour...."
I realize it's going to be utterly decried by the Pro-Retardcan front, but exactly how would we go about defining 'good Behavior' in an effort to impeach/remove Scalia/Roberts/Thomas from the bench? All these fuckers have shamelessly and boldly been attending gatherings/functions given by one party (guess which one) that have had clearly political motives and functions. After all these years of being counseled against such activities to try and reaffirm the impartiality of SCOTUS.
One has to wonder if now, after Citizens United (yet another key factor of true Judicial Activism since they threw out more than 100 years of "settled law" and precedent after assuring We, the People, they wouldn't do so), the Corporate money would even allow anything resembling an actual inquiry into them, their activities, and potentially impeachment.
