Wow. The Legislators didn't follow the 'actual' laws. The judge intervened, and issued a stay, which is quite COMMON when there is a seeming-legitimate challenge to the validity of a law. The WI Administration just flat-out ignored it and tried to even circumvent the judge's rule. Just like BushCo, clearly the Administration is the only branch of government that 'actually' matters up there.
