It's amazing, ever moreso. Just finished my call with Harvey Rubensen, the Manager of the Owner Quality Assurance group, who reports directly to David Siegel, the owner of Central Florida Investments/Westgate Resorts.
Last year, I finally managed to clean up all the extant fees and penalty charges on my account, courtesy of some rather shady financial bullshit by a co-owner of my bank account. Come January, I was called by them and informed that I had $75 in fees that were overdue, and how would I like to clear that up? After speaking with them, they reviewed the account again, and waived those fees because they found where the fees were either pardoned or paid. Now, today, Harvey waived my outstanding fees on the account, part of which were mortgage late fees from October, 2002. Huh. Wow. I guess they truly are incapable of even reviewing their own notes on the account, or of reporting or clearing things correctly.
Unbefuckinglievable.
Ah well. As a bonus, they are refusing to cancel the contract and take their pile of shit property back. No worries. No I feel all empowered. Because they've refused to do so, and such, I am now totally empowered to sell the fucking thing off and start a happy little campaign of information management to ensure as many people as possible are aware of their actions and activities. Well, I'm empowered to do so as soon as I get a PoA to allow me to legally sell the fucking thing off.
