I need school to be over. Like now. I need to be independently wealthy, like now.

I just found out on the various websites that a female Shepard can lure Thane into some romantic action. So, clearly, I'm going to have to start a new ME game with a female Shepard, get some in that realm, and then come forward with the character and pursue Thane pretty specifically. ;)

(I'm just annoyed that I have to go through all this to get me some Thane-action. And now I've found that the roster gets cut down pretty sharply in ME3, so ..... Well, it seems unlikely that universe will get the same 'treatment' for gay romance that DragonAge got.)

There should be an app available to allow you to pick the backstory for your ME2 character instead of defaulting. It's available for X360, so I think it's available for all platforms.

The defaults for the game assume many decisions throughout ME that I, frankly, wouldn't make. Plus, there are a LOT of call backs to the first game throughout the second one.

I'll check and see if there is indeed a 'trainer' or some other way to set the various choices I'd have made. But if not, I'll just make the time as available. I can always use more console cheats in the first game to make things far, far, far faster than they'd normally be, at least.

UPDATE: Oh. I should have figured. I, as a guy, can't get Garrus or Thane or Grunt into bed. But as a girl, I can get Miranda and Jack into bed. That's right, it's not icky faggotry when it's two girls getting it on. What was I thinking.
