Juicing note

That's quite interesting.
My usual 'delight' in indulging the occasional compulsive indulgence has been diminished GREATLY. Impulse control seems to be stronger as well. Hrm indeed.
Now it leads me to idly wonder, while I wait for sleep to finally show itself again, about impulse control/eating disorders. Knowing depression from the inside out as I do, I know how easily it becomes a feedback loop for itself. Having spoken with addicts (typically alcoholics) and done a bit of reading here and there on that as well, that too leads to a feedback loop. Now this seems to indicate, at least to me, that eating impulse control issues for junk food tends to form a feedback loop for having more junk food. Which makes me wonder which of these 'preservative' chemicals are stimulating the brain just so so they continue to garner market share for crap food.....
