Can I just say that it gets incredibly fucking tedious to have someone page you online with the same fucking thing every time you see them? 'X waves'. Then, no matter what is responded with, it's followed up with 'What's up? :)' Gah. Originality. It doesn't take THAT much effort after so many years to come up with ANYTHING else, does it??

I hate BS small talk that serves no purpose, and yes, I hate it when people have so little to say that they act like a computer program every time they notice you. I also can't stand it when people think they have some unique greeting or pun that is so clever they must use it every single time they start talking to someone. And don't ask a question if you really don't care what the answer is.

I know you and I are likely in the minority, but I'll have to agree on this one.
