The first couple of times you said you wanted things written, I did it, for you, in an effort to get my points across. But, nothing changed. Nothing improved. None of your words, written or spoken, were followed through on. That's why I tried to shuck that off, and go back to words, and tried to cut down the conversation following to just the salient points. Writing wasn't working. Lengthy explanations weren't working.
